Hello All! Welcome Back to another Mini Episode with me, I’m Amira! This is ADVOCATE ACTIVISM!
I wanted to do another guided meditation because life is hard. Life is really difficult for a lot of us right now, but I believe in the power of loving the shit out of ourselves while going through these times.
Here is the guided meditation I used during this Mini Episode, feel free to repeat the phases, aloud or to yourself.
During the 2nd go around in the meditation, I repeat some of the phrases over and over a few times. This could be powerful and a bit emotional if you’re feeling raw & vulnerable. I want to offer you this….This space is always open for you to feel and be in whatever space you are in. All I ask is that you try to love yourself like a friend, while doing so.
“I AM GROUNDED. MY BREATH IS MY ANCHOR. MY BREATH KEEPS ME GROUNDED IN MY BODY. I AM CALM. I AM ENOUGH. I AM CENTERED. IN THIS MOMENT, I AM SAFE WITHIN MY MIND & BODY. I AM SAFE, EVEN IN DISCOMFORT. I AM SAFE, EVEN IN FEAR. I AM SAFE, EVEN IN ANGER. I AM SAFE EVEN IN MY DEEPEST GRIEF. I AM SAFE, EVEN IN EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL PAIN. I NURTURE AND SIT WITH MYSELF, IN ALL THAT I AM AND IN ALL OF MY CURRENT MOMENTS, WITHOUT CHANGING OR AVOIDING THE OUTCOME. I AM WORTHY OF ALL THINGS BEAUTIFUL AND SAFE”- Amira.
